WatchNext — Kullanım Koşulları

1. Hizmet
WatchNext; film ve dizi keşfi, yapay zekâ destekli öneriler (Oracle) ve arkadaşınla eşzamanlı keşif (Watch Party) sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.
2. İçerik ve doğruluk
Film/dizi bilgileri, görseller ve platform (nerede izlenir) verileri TMDB ve iş ortaklarından alınır; güncelliği veya doğruluğu garanti edilmez. Yapay zekâ önerileri bilgilendirme amaçlıdır ve hatalı ya da eksik olabilir.

3. WatchNext PRO abonelikleri
- Fiyatlar ve paketler (aylık / yıllık / ömür boyu) satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
- Ödemeler App Store veya Google Play hesabın üzerinden tahsil edilir.
- Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir; yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabından alınır.
- İptal ve yönetim: App Store / Google Play hesap ayarlarındaki "Abonelikler" bölümünden yapılır; uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- Ücretsiz deneme süreleri, deneme bitmeden iptal edilmezse ücretli döneme dönüşür.
- İadeler, Apple ve Google'ın kendi iade politikalarına tabidir.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Watch Party ve Oracle dahil hiçbir özelliği kötüye kullanmamayı (spam, sistemlere zarar verme, tersine mühendislik, hizmeti aşırı yükleme) kabul edersin. İhlal durumunda erişimi kısıtlayabiliriz.
5. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez; yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
6. Değişiklikler
Koşullar güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden duyurulur. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır.

1. Service
WatchNext is a mobile app for movie & TV discovery, AI-assisted recommendations (Oracle), and synchronized discovery with a friend (Watch Party). By using the app you accept these terms.
2. Content and accuracy
Title data, images, and availability information come from TMDB and its partners; accuracy and freshness are not guaranteed. AI recommendations are informational and may be wrong or incomplete.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
3. WatchNext PRO subscriptions
- Prices and packages (monthly / annual / lifetime) are shown on the purchase screen.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Refunds are governed by Apple's and Google's refund policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse any feature (including Watch Party and Oracle) via spam, harming the systems, reverse engineering, or overloading the service. We may restrict access upon violation.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced in the app. The current version always lives at this page.
